For full compressor-cycle monitoring, yes — a cheap Wi-Fi smart plug is enough. Without it, we still surface wastage and demand signals from your billing.

Can I bill by weight (per kg) and by piece?

Yes. We support per-kg pricing with tare, per-piece pricing for dressed chicken, and mixed carts.

How accurate is the festival forecast?

It needs at least one previous year of history to be useful. With two or more years, the forecast is usually within 15% of actual demand.

What about supplier price volatility?

We track your purchase price per kg, per supplier, per week. You see when a supplier's price crept up out of line with the market — and can switch with one tap.

Will staff see the wastage numbers?

No — wastage inference shows only in the owner console. Staff see the regular billing screen.
